Shipping
Shipping within 2 days of order for all premade listed items.
Shipping within 2 days of custom coin pendants or earrings.
Shipping within one week of custom cast items.
Shipping days are Monday through Friday between 10am and 4pm.
Orders received on Friday will be shipped Monday.
If postal stat holidays contradict Shipping terms, orders will be shipped the next day the post office is open.
Understand that the post office can and do make mistakes. Some items are returned to sender, some items are delayed. Please allow time for the package to arrive.

Returns
Returns are not accepted.

Custom orders will be completed and a picture shown before shipping.
Chains are silver plate, vegan leather or steel, and are included in the pendant price. Occasionally sterling chains are available and will be listed separately priced if so.
Earrings will have sterling hooks or sterling studs. If you require surgical stainless hooks, please make a note of it in comments.
If you want a custom item made, please give a short outline of what you would like. Example: fairy, mermaid, an anime title, etc.

Prices are in Canadian Dollars. International payments are converted by your banking institution when done through square or converted by Paypal. Any fees incurred through these processes are out of my control. Please check through your banking institution to determine what fees if any they will charge, or use Paypal.
