Computer Repairs for the community. Being in a small community is about helping each other. Having a working computer and a basic understanding can be very important in todays world. Here at Fork U Designs, we recognize this need and also the disparity of incomes. Not everyone can afford a brand new top of the line gaming computer, or even keep their refurbished one functioning correctly. So we are introducing a simple tier payment system for our customers. Tier 1 is full price. Tier 2 is 3/4 price and finally tier 3 is half price. These prices are based on work done and not parts accessories or software.

  • Full price: $50/ hour or part thereof. If travel is required for in home visits, it is $50 to a maximum of 30km to come out.
  • 3/4 Price: $37.50 / hour or part thereof. home visits are $37.50 to a maximum of 30km to come out.
  • 1/2 Price: $25 / hour or part thereof. home visits are $25 to a maximum of 30km to come out.

How do you know what tier you are in? This is decided by you. If you can afford the full tier price easily which is already a very competitive fee, then please pay the full price. If the full price makes your budget a little tight, but still might be doable then please ask for tier 2. Finally, if you are on social assistance, minimum pension, and are having a tough time getting through each month, please feel no shame in requesting the tier 3 price. If you pull up to drop your computer off in a Bentley, pull out your Louis Vuitton wallet while wearing a gucci suit, and ask for the tier 3 price, you aren’t getting it. I want my community to know they can afford to have their computer repaired, whether it is an operating system upgrade, virus and malware removal, backing up their hard drive, some data recovery, etc.

  • Finally, we offer 1 on 1 classes for basic computing, intermediate computing and some advanced computing. To save money, you can have 5 friends share a class. subtract $10 from each fee. no more than 5 as question and answering will slow the class down too much, limiting what you can learn. Classes will be 45 minutes to 1 hour in total.
